MISSION

We exist to make disciples of Jesus for the glory of God.

Theology and Evangelism are both components of spiritual maturity. Matthew 28:18-20

VISION

Our desire is that all people will savor God and his word.

We want to reach people through our relationships, our spheres of influence, those who are isolated, and to the ends of the earth. Acts 1:8Isaiah 52:7Matthew 5:16

CONVICTION

The Authority of Scripture

The Bible is the inerrant and infallible word of God, his personal revelation to us, and the ultimate source of authority. It contains all things necessary for life and godliness 2 Peter 1:32 Peter 1:19Luke 24:27Romans 3:21 John 5:9Hebrews 1:1Isaiah 59:21

VALUES

RADICAL BIBLICAL FELLOWSHIP

  • Every believer is an adopted child of the most high God. The local church is the expression of this family unit which serves to correct, teach, support, and love all who are part of that family. This occurs through regular corporate worship as well as fellowship outside of the walls of the church. Romans 8:14-172 Timothy 3:16Acts 2:42-47

EQUIPPING AND EXPANDING THE BODY

  • Every follower of Christ is called to give a defense for the hope that is within them. There are no professional Christians. We seek to equip members of our church with sound doctrine, knowledge of scripture, and the ability to carry out the advancement of God’s kingdom. As part of that advancement, we seek to send out workers to create a multiplication of local churches. 1 Peter 3:15. 1 Peter 2:9Ephesians 4:12.

SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES

ADVANCING, DEFENDING, AND LIVING GOD’S TRUTH

  • The ultimate need of every human being is to recognize their sin , be justified before a Holy and Righteous God, and to be restored back into a right relationship with their creator. The primary method by which evangelism happens is by believers sharing the Gospel with people they interact with on a regular basis. Romans 10:14-15. Romans 3:23. Romans 6:23. Romans 8:1. 2 Corinthians 5:20

  • We desire to show those in the community the love of Christ that has been shown to us by clothing the naked, feeding the hungry, and sheltering the poor. This will be done through the stewardship of the resources we have been given by the grace of God to carry out this work. Matthew 25:42-43. Proverbs 21:13James 1:27.
